Like talking to a guy who you just ran after, roughed up and sometimes beat up and then cuffed, with dog and his dolly parton look alike wife talking smack about ice and the effects drugs had in their lives is supposed to be helpful.....

Looks like Hawaii like other states are finally looking to get real professional help for these addicts, not some overpaid, overweight, out of shape, narcissistic bounty hunters running down bond jumpers.....
