When there is nothing left in this part of the state but a few elderly and low income people, there will be no reason for business to stay here. There will be no one left to pay taxes and no businesses left to spend money at. The unemployment rate in our country alone is 12 percent. (I am included in that number as well but have given up on finding a job and plan to go out of the area to school instead.) Why doesn't Quin look at the hardest hit areas of the state and try to help us rather than selling us down the river? There has already been a long standing movement to split the state in two because we just do not get representation for our needs in this part of the state.
