Since ACT 10 this state has had young people moving out in droves since Walker and his crony tyrants are so regressive.

Madison, Milwaukee, probably the only real bright progressive spots in the state, but know were near the energy and services of Chicago.

They expect to get a payoff for doing nothing for the state other than punishing the urban areas and stealing tax dollars to give to corporations and the wealthy.
