3. I'm not a fan of going fast, I'm much happier at 55, especially since people go faster

It's 55 in Vermont in a lot of places, even on the highways. Of course, it's much more rural. I didn't drive yet when it was 55 here, but I remember when it first started and it felt like you were just crawling along, but then you got used to it. And there are still spots when you end up going slower, like the traffic coming out of Albany at rush hour. That is, if you can manage to get into traffic on the three lane highway when it's practically bumper to bumper. That's the scary part.
