I have found that despite my not having any twitter account, I can actually go to the web versions of twitter for the various municipalities to get info and when they are going to have their press conferences.
And yes, Philly has been investigating alternate sites for surge and Mayor Kenney exploded yesterday about the city's so far futile efforts with the owner of the now-shuttered Hahnemann Hospital for trying to price gouge to let the city lease the building to get it back into a hospital configuration (it had been cleared out and decertified when it closed last September).
