of barrels containing waste from the manufacture of Teflon into the Chesapeake Bay. Teflon is rich with PFAS, and has been the subject of thousands of lawsuits against Dupont. I imagine it seeped into the groundwater, contaminating tap water all over Virginia and D.C.
