I should have made the comment about the tmrw deadline to the OP writer, my error. I hadn't heard much about this huge matter for a year or so, as in good news. Nope, after the election the RW is full steam to cram as much in like this as possible, Keystone and more in 2 years. grr...

The recent collision/accident between the SUV and the crossing train in NY made me recall that terrible Marc and Amtrak collision mid-90s in MD of students and others trapped on that dark winter night because they couldn't see or get the windows and doors open. Horror...so sad, and flawed.
