Why is the US so stubborn about using proven hackable voting machines? Or transfer systems like Starlink?
The gas-lighting about paper ballots taking too long to count is absurd. How do all the other western nations manage it? In Canada, results are known that same evening.
Yes the USA has 10x the people and votes, which is one excuse I hear, but they also have 10x the pool of potential ballot counters. Its a wash.
The other argument I would make is......so what if the final tabulation takes longer. Even weeks later. The US has a 2 month window between administrations. Isn't getting the vote count more important than having to wait even a month longer to see results?
