ON EDIT: OK won't bother u with *this* issue again but the Auto Refresh problem continues with Chrome/Edge.
*****Seems to indicate it's a problem with Windows 10?

So (there go the previous threads), the "solution" was supposed to be ditching Edge. Based on a convincing recommendation, i went to Chrome and went through several hours of saving Bookmarks/Favorites (the Import only yielded less than 10%).

So here we are with the Auto Refresh doing its thang like nothing ever happened. I checked the Control Panel - Internet Options - Security - DISABLE META REFRESH.

Meta Refresh is DISABLED. Under Chrome.

So, I'm not burdening here on this any more, nothing works. HP said it was a software (?) problem not covered. Whatever/oh-well.
