9. You can create a repair disk

If you have another PC running Windows 10, then you can create a repair disk using that PC. That Lenovo is 64 bit and most other PCs from recent years are also 64 bit. Create the repair disk and boot the Lenovo with it to see if the Windows 10 can be repaired.
