The official definition of Spam is:

Noun:
irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the internet to a large number of recipients.

That is precisely what these irrelevant lists of Senators is. Hey DU Admins, this member has posted thousands of these irrelevant messages over the past year or more, flooding DU and harassing other members. When are you going to tell him to stop or shut down his account. This is a blatant violation of DU rules.
