20. Great video eviscerating the NYT "Email Criminal Referral" story.

It shows the letter the NYT said was a criminal referral regarding Hillary's handling of emails. As anyone with eyeballs can see, the letter is no such thing. As you can see, these OIG letters are about the proper way for the State Department to review the emails for disclosure in response to FOIA requests. It has nothing to do with Hillary Clinton's handling of the emails. The very last page of the above OIG pdf link is the June 29, 2015 letter, which is attached as an exhibit to their July 17, 2015 letter at the above OIG link. This June 29, 2015 letter is what the NYT had initially described as a "criminal referral" regarding Clinton's handling of her emails. As you can see from that letter, it had nothing to do with Hillary's handling of the emails. It is clear the NYT never bothered to actually READ the letter before printing what some unnamed source (Trey Gowdy?) claimed it said.
