1. Is it true that Wikileaks refused to publish the Panama papers?

Because they implicated Putin and other Russian oligarchs?

Elected officials and rich people from all around the world were implicated in those papers in stashing their money offshore. But Wikileaks was not only not interested in releasing the story, they worked to to discredit it.
