And, I think he is not only well qualified, but deserving of this position. Although, being deserving doesn't always count for too much. Seems popularity wins out way to often. I am not thrilled at all with the SOD position, it somehow looks like a consolation prize he will have to wait for. I honestly do not understand all the clamoring around Rice. I think she would be the wrong SOS for our current needs.
