1. S&P 500 closed down 13.0% from its Jan 3 all-time high. It's down 12.4% year-to-date

A further 4.1% drop will bring it below 4,000.

4766   < -- Dec 31, 2021 (year end close)
4797   < -- Jan 3, 2022 (all time high)
4175   < -- Today's close Tuesday 4/26/22

A bear market starts at 20% down, so we've still got a way to go
