the BF came home with the $30... and even though I *do* have a paypal acct, can't access the funds because I don't have a bank account. The last time something like this happened, I had to ask my 20 yr old son to pull it out of HIS bank acct! stupid society, thinks EVERYONE has basic banking or credit!
