7. TFA management hates experienced teachers

They rarely come right out and say it, but they hate us and have no respect for our knowledge or experience. They think WE (experienced teachers) are the problem. We've failed our kids. We all need to be replaced with 5 week wonders under 30 years old. So of course TFA won't call us heroes. That would be praise we have not earned.
