Arne Duncan is the worst, most destructive cabinet member in the history of the United States. Yes, worse than all of those secs of defense and others.

Arne has all of the worst traits and none of the few virtues of American school district administrators: Not only does he operate above the law, he believes he IS the law.

Seriously speaking, he should be impeached.
