.... a case primarily concerned w. an avalanche of petty allegations against a whistleblower, one wonders who... if anyone.... is investigating actual, you know, *corruption*.

One of the "specifications" is that Portelos stayed in the building 27 minutes later than allowed. (Heavens to Betsy!)

Then... he compounded the crime by.... get ready for it...... LEAVING THROUGH THE WRONG DOOR ! ( No kidding. The principal has it on tape from the school video system.)

Again: I get that even the investigatory and legal people have families to feed but aren't they supposed to be investigating and litigating actual criminality? Isn't anyone, anywhere in this enormous system double-dipping, getting paid for no-show jobs or getting kickbacks from vendor contracts?
