Nine students sue state of California for 'ineffective' teachers (Al Jazeera) [View all]

Al Jazeera America is publicizing Students Matter's Vergara v. California lawsuit "seek(ing) to overturn five state statutes that the organization says deny students quality education by shielding bad teachers from the consequences of their performances." The lawsuit is set to begin on the 27th.
