Hansen said that the presence of aerosols may have slowed by a total of 0.5 degrees F but some/most/all of this is balanced by other coal-based emissions. So, the increasing temperatures agree with him.

I have no idea what Hartmann's title is supposed to mean, but it is poorly worded.
