But I do have questions, but first they needed vitamin c as the feed stock, and created .1 gallon of hydrogen ( at normal pressure ) per hour.

What is the energy cost to make and purify absorbic acid to level needed. But I say its a good start hopefully they can do it in the long run as a net energy gain. Thats the problem with hydrogen, its nothing but a battery at this point, and one with large losses at every stage.
