I found a recipe for potatoes in a foil package. Cut potatoes into chunks, add some shredded cheddar cheese, onion, and a bit of butter or oil. I put the foil packs on the grill. The whole thing could go in the oven, also. I use the leftovers with eggs.

I wait till everything (cheese, bacon bits) is on sale and we have this as a treat that last several days.
