4. I put a vent free gas heat in my 1,000 sf home

a couple of years ago. Works great. No electric needed and can heat my whole house if furnace goes down.
Kind of like having a fireplace when you come in from the cold if you stand in front of it.
Cost for it was under $200. A couple of days with no heat here in Michigan could mean frozen pipes.
