It stands for Widely Heard Inspirational Sub-audible Projectors Emitting Eardrum Reverberations Silently (WHISPEERS); and groups conducting perverse research use the illegal technology on an unsuspecting public in cities worldwide. Small projectors are hidden in walls, ceilings, furniture, appliances or bedding of targeted individuals or projected over a wide area with multiple units using more powerful projectors. Originally, the technology was a top-secret of numerous super-powers; but now Auschwitz-like researchers use (WHISPEERS) to conduct experiments on the public, which constitute Crimes Against Humanity. The technology is also used in homes of unsuspecting individuals who might own valuable property a research group intends to purchase at fire-sale prices after they use (WHISPEERS) to Inspire criminals to install the illegal transmitters in a subject's bedroom, where the technology is used while a subject sleeps. Our subconscious is more susceptible when we are asleep; and multiple overnight (WHISPEERS) attacks will cause anyone to begin to make poor business or romantic decisions, which will eventually cause a couple to sell a home or business property at a substantial loss. A crime syndicate is using it on my landlady, her husband and customers right now in Tupelo, Mississippi. The state is building a super highway in the front yard; and Wall Mart is about to buy property less than a mile from this location. The couple, who recently began to argue with each other - a great deal - for no apparent reason, is on the verge of a divorce; but the woman cannot pay property tax on this gigantic piece of land without her husband's income. It's quite a show.
