Leaving alone the trouble the Norks have launching basic satellites, and the 25 years it took us and the Soviets to get the accuracy down to anything useful (~1 mile for the first missiles, ~200 feet nowadays) - NK doesn't and won't, ever, have the technology to make a nuke small enough to fit in a MIRV. They CLAIM that their latest test was "a small and light design" but seeing as how it took the US 40 years, 900+ tests, and untold amounts of money and other resources to go from the 11,000-pound Fat Man to the 750-pound W-88, I don't figure NK will get there...ever.
