Manhunt documentary [View all]

Manhunt is an HBO documentary that aired at Sundance in the early part of 2013. The CIA agents and filmmakers involved in the documentary went through months of media coverage without being asked why known al Qaeda operatives al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar were protected from arrest before 9/11. They were not asked to explain the contradiction between urgent CIA warnings of an attack and concurrent CIA obstruction of investigations into al Qaeda operatives inside the US. One investigation that was obstructed was the investigation of the USS Cole attack.

Any debunkers want to explain this? By all means please explain why the CIA's conduct was appropriate. I have tried to find an explanation but to date not one single US official has put forth anything credible.
