PNAC did not ask for a new Pearl Harbor, they said it would take an event like Pearl Harbor to change the military... but in reality, if you had been paying attention, the military has been trying to change since 1990 (big event back then) since the military realized the threat has changed. The video you did not watch tries to say 767/757 can't fly as fast as they did, and offers zero evidence. Your weak attack on Condi kind of debunks the video.
