9. The Shuttle

The only manned aircraft I know of that ever had an FTS was the Shuttle. And FTS would be a very hard thing to get ON a manned aircraft since it violates about every rule about active systems on a manned system. And quite honestly, I'm not sure who would control "the button". Especially on continental flights, I'm not sure who would have the authority to even use it.
