House Bill 747 would change the definition of educational neglect under Kentucky law to include “a parent's failure to properly supervise, instruct, train, or control his or her child”

This is stupid. And, I cannot see it standing up to the first court case against it, since it says 'properly supervise, instruct, train, or control his or her child', but what are those 'supervision' parameters, what are those 'instructions', what specific 'training', and what parameters of 'control'? But, if it does make to through, I cannot wait to watch those rethugs backpedal once people start using that law to charge these same rethugs' offspring when their spoiled little asses run wild. I can't wait to see it. Just as all the IVF clinics should close down until GA removes their stupid shiat, so should KY start lining up the court cases against prominent GOP members whose kids are out of control. (Because they usually are.)
