Full benefits (including ST disability, accrued sick leave and vacation) at 90 days, with 1 sole exception. Family leave didn't kick in until the 1 year mark. That was the only exception to the benefits rule. Didn't want people taking 'advantage' of them, I guess by "sneaking" in a baby on the company dime too soon.
