Trying constantly to be thankful for what I do have, my mind, my family, my pets. It could be so much worse I keep telling myself. I have found that no medicine for my issues of neuropathy and sciatica degenerative disc problems, hypothyroid issues has really helped except for the thyroid meds I take to control my goiter. It is something that I try to put on the back burner and find homeopathic help.
