18. Seed oils

I just listened to a discussion on Dr. Berg's channel about the damaging effects of seed oils to the liver. It's scary because seed oils are everywhere. They're cheap so you can't escape them unless you prepare everything yourself. Our food supply is toxic. You can't blame yourself. I'm 59 and have had elevated liver enzymes for years. I'm worried. I'm sorry you're going through this.
