Weight loss equals sore muscles? [View all]

Ive lost a bunch of weight and inches in the last 60 days just eating less and walking about 4 miles a day, drinking a lot more water.

I feel a lot healthier but noticed that certain muscles in my arms shoulder and neck get sore a lot more often just from sitting around.

Ive read the fat tends to cushion your muscles and when you lose a lot of it the muscles get pressed up on the skin more or something.

Anyone else ever had this issue? Wonder if its just a matter of time for the muscles to adjust to the decrease in fat tissue.
