We have 8 tomahawk ribs marinating in olive oil, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, salt and pepper. I'll grill them to medium rare.

I'm also going to grill a vegetable medley: green & red bell peppers, a large Vidalia onion cut in half and quartered potato slices.

This weekend will probably be our last chance to use the grill. The evenings a getting pretty chilly in the mountains!
