Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: cauliflower florets, chopped green bell pepper and red onion, sliced carrots, and minced garlic. When done I added Patak’s Jalfrezi Curry simmer sauce and air- fried crispy tofu and simmer for 5 minutes. Served over organic brown basmati rice. Iced black tea with lemon. Cheers!
