3. I'd suggest almost any modern toilet.

I got two new Kohlers installed about six or so years ago. They are totally trouble free.

It sounds like you may need some kind of special, non-standard toilet, which will raise the cost considerably, as I know from experience. In my case the rough-in (if that's what it's called) where the actual drain pipe was located was a shorter distance than is typical.
