My yellow rose bush is blooming with red roses. [View all]

A few years ago I planted three rose bushes, one red, one yellow, one hot pink. They are about 15' apart from each other. Last year the pink one went red. This year the yellow one has gone red. Is this common? My grandmother had roses & I've never heard of this. Red roses are my least favorite of all.

on edit: Googling root stock now. How interesting.

The rootstock is a rose but does not flower with a rose you might recognize as a rose. marble falls Jun 2021 #10
