8. One of my next chores will be to clear up wild grape vines from the side fence.

And, of course, MORE trumpet vine. I'm trying Brush Kill to see if that will stem the spread. I just squirt it on the stem, after I clip off the growth. That's what I use when I find poison ivy. I did just notice a little blister on my wrist - DAMN!!! I've tried to be so careful!! I'll rinse it with vinegar.

I just finished 3 hours of crawling around, cleaning up the garden fence line so the grape vine might just get a reprieve until tomorrow. It will be a little cooler and cloudy.
