1. Move it to a bigger pot for starters

After it sprouts new growth from the base, I'd start SLOWLY trimming back those long, spindly branches, and stick each one in a new pot, or outside if you live where they can grow outside year around.

My brother used to just break off a single leaf and stick it in the dirt when he was 5 and we lived in southern California. Had jade plants EVERYWHERE in no time at all.
