I'd like to recommend Heirloom Roses. They ship small self-rooted roses so it takes a season or two to get any size to the shrub. What I really love about them is that they state Zone Hardiness for every rose. I never knew that the reason I couldn't grow certain roses is that they are too tender for my home in Zone 5!
