have one cat in that condition. She now eats Science Diet dry CD multicare/stress and finally has fur on her tummy again! The CD variety must include the word stress. Unfortunately, the SciDi costs have gone through the roof! But, for one cat, it's probably doable. If you live near a Tractor Supply, their brand, 4health, is very good... I use the turkey and rice.
