Pearson v. U.S., 581 A.2d 347 (D.C. 1990), the police set up barricades in front of the Plaza, clearly demarking for anti-abortion demonstrators where lawful demonstrations could take place;

United States v. Wall, 521 A.2d 1140 (D.C. 1987), the police told anti-abortion protestors they would be arrested if they did not return to the sidewalk.
