They tell that bullshit to distract the people from the fact that Chicago politicians (well shit, the whole state) are just as sleazy and corrupt as the days of Capone.
A street pistol can be purchased for as little as fifty bucks, why would anyone risk decades of prison for such a financial loss on each gun?
