They have hearing aides that have built in sounds that disguise the tinnitus, at best it’s better than nothing. Also found diet and exercise to help. Noticed that when I’m lazy tinnitus is worse. I use natural sleep aids to help me sleep. I have had tinnitus since Nam probably due to concussions. I feel ya man, sorry.
