4. Things were different when I served.

05,31,1963-05,29,1967. When I started to have mental health issues in 1966, I lost my clearance, but all they did to me is transfer me to an interrogation unit at Fort Meade. I did not have a job, but had to be at the psych's, the gym or the library during the day. I received an honorable discharge. I started to use the VA health system in 1995. I did meet a woman a few weeks ago at the Wilmington NC clinic. She was trying to get veterans with other than honorable discharges VA health. Most of the veterans she works with have had multiple tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. When did this change take place? It is so wrong.
