We usually go to work in middle of night when I hit 82nd went to 325th. My plt sgt told me you will like it here because we're always on the go. And you have edge your single , his comments went over my bean. I figured it out later divorce was rampant especially amongst first enlistment men. And a month or so later he pulled me aside and said you will try for your EIB. HE was fine nco not a lifer but career nco and he cared for us.
