42. For the record

I am 76 and am feeling some of the effects of age, but everyone needs to understand that it is different for everyone I worked hard all of my life and have attempted to continue to work hard on our ranch, one rule that I have adhered to as much as possible is

"If you want to keep on doing it you have to keep on doing it"

I realize that health problems(and I do have some)can have a serious effect on whether you can in fact follow that rule but you have to do as best you can...
