5. I wish you could write a letter to Blue Shield for me.

In Dec I switched from a PPO to an HMO and was told that all but one of my 5 doctors was covered in the new plan. Over the past two weeks I have found that that doctor IS covered but two others aren't. 3 out of 5...what incompetence! Now I have to wait 6 months for an appointment and suffer through daily migraines since I can't get my Botox injections (unless I want to pay $4,000 for one session). If I were this incompetent at my job I would have been fired. The people at Blue Shield do not even apologize.
