63. No, a button on my hearing aid.

I just hold down the button next to the ear piece. It says 2. At first you think the power has gone down, but then you realize you can hear the person across the table. Normal hearing can not do that.

I am not hooked up to my smart phone. For me it is easier to just press the button. All of my last in the ear have had that feature.
